Pinluo binhe silicon carbide products co., ltd. was founded in 2005, located in ningxia pinluo industrial park, covers an area of more than 1,000 mu, the registered capital of 8 million yuan, the existing staff of more than 1100 people, the total assets of 2 billion yuan, 2017 profits and taxes reached 43 million yuan. The company is mainly engaged in silicon carbide production and product deep processing and sales, with the current global industry in the largest scale, the most advanced technology of three silicon carbide production lines. The main products are silicon carbide, silicon carbide combined with silicon nitride, lithium iron phosphate - ternary materials, cement and clinker, silicon manganese alloy, heating agent, power generation and steam. Its annual output is 200,000 tons of silicon carbide, 30,000 tons of silicon carbide combined with silicon nitride, 30,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate -- ternary material, 2 million tons of cement and clinker, 60,000 tons of silico-manganese alloy, 80,000 tons of warming agent, and 1473t/h gas supply.

02 project overview
1. R&d and manufacturing project of high-performance battery cathode materials. Construction of the project began in November 2017, and the project has reached the production capacity of 100,000 tons of phosphoric acid, 100,000 tons of iron phosphate and 20,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate after completion. The total investment of the project budget is 1.097.3 billion yuan, and 162 million yuan has been invested. The first phase of pilot production will be conducted in mid-december 2018. After the completion of the project, the sales revenue will reach 4.13 billion yuan and the profits and taxes will reach 1.05 billion yuan. 2. Technical renovation project of exhaust gas recovery of mountain furnace. The project started construction in May 2018 with a total investment of 32 million yuan. Now the investment has been completed with 4.3 million yuan. The annual saving of standard coal is about 200,000 tons. 3. Industrial energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection upgrading and transformation projects. The project started construction in February 2018, mainly including 30,000 square meters of raw material warehouse, 23,000 square meters of finished product warehouse and 20,000 square meters of clinker shed. The planned investment is 86 million yuan, and the investment has been completed with 51.2 million yuan. The project will start operation in November 2018.
